Welcome. By entering the filming area, you agree to the following terms as a condition of your attendance.

Bienvenido/a. Al ingresar al área de filmación, usted acepta los siguientes términos como condición de su asistencia.

Image & Likeness Release

By entering and signing below, you grant DBC Entertainment LLC, its licensees, successors, and assigns a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to record, photograph, and capture your image, voice, and likeness during the production, and to use such materials in any manner and through any media in connection with the Series — including broadcast, streaming, promotional, and advertising use — without further consent, notice, or compensation. This release applies regardless of context, including footage in which you appear incidentally as an audience member.

Cesión de Imagen y Voz

Al ingresar y firmar a continuación, usted otorga a DBC Entertainment LLC, sus licenciatarios, sucesores y cesionarios una licencia mundial, perpetua, irrevocable y libre de regalías para grabar, fotografiar y capturar su imagen, voz y semejanza durante la producción, y para usar dicho material de cualquier forma y a través de cualquier medio en relación con la Serie — incluyendo transmisión, streaming, uso promocional y publicitario — sin necesidad de consentimiento adicional, notificación ni compensación. Esta cesión aplica independientemente del contexto, incluyendo footage en el que usted aparezca de manera incidental como miembro de la audiencia.

Production Rules

The following rules are mandatory. Violation may result in immediate removal from the venue.

  1. No photography of any kind inside the filming area, including mobile phones, tablets, or any device.
  2. No video recording of any portion of the production, set, participants, judges, or any show element.
  3. No live streaming or real-time broadcasting through social media, messaging apps, or any other platform.
  4. Maintain silence during filming takes. No loud talking, shouting, or disruptive noise.
  5. Follow all instructions given by production staff immediately and without question.
  6. Maintain respectful conduct toward all cast, crew, participants, judges, and fellow audience members.
  7. Do not share, post, or discuss results, eliminations, or any content you observe until officially released by DBC Entertainment LLC.
Normas de Producción

Las siguientes normas son de cumplimiento obligatorio. Su incumplimiento puede resultar en expulsión inmediata del recinto.

  1. No se permite fotografiar dentro del área de filmación, incluyendo teléfonos, tabletas ni ningún otro dispositivo.
  2. No se permite grabar video de ninguna parte de la producción, el set, los participantes, los jueces ni ningún elemento del programa.
  3. No se permite transmitir en vivo ni compartir en tiempo real por redes sociales, aplicaciones de mensajería ni ninguna otra plataforma.
  4. Guarde silencio durante las tomas de filmación. No hable en voz alta, grite ni genere ruidos que interrumpan la producción.
  5. Siga todas las instrucciones del equipo de producción de forma inmediata y sin cuestionamientos.
  6. Mantenga una conducta respetuosa con todo el elenco, equipo técnico, participantes, jueces y demás miembros de la audiencia.
  7. No comparta, publique ni comente resultados, eliminaciones ni ningún contenido que haya presenciado hasta que sea publicado oficialmente por DBC Entertainment LLC.
Enforcement

Unauthorized recording or broadcasting of production content may violate applicable law and subject the individual to legal liability. DBC Entertainment LLC reserves all rights and remedies.

Consecuencias

La grabación o transmisión no autorizada de contenido de producción puede constituir una violación de la ley aplicable y exponer al individuo a responsabilidad legal. DBC Entertainment LLC se reserva todos los derechos y recursos disponibles.
